Landing offers a Refer a Friend program that allows eligible participants to invite friends to book a furnished apartment through a personal referral link or code. When a referred customer makes a qualifying Standard reservation with a minimum stay of 30 nights, both the referrer and the new customer can receive $250 in Landing credit.
The referred customer must be a new, non-Standard Landing member and must complete the qualifying reservation using the referrer's referral link or code. The $250 referral credit is applied to the referred customer's qualifying reservation at checkout. After the referred customer checks into their Landing apartment, the referrer receives $250 in Landing credit from the check-in date.
There is no stated limit on the number of people a participant can refer. Landing also states that a referral code or link does not expire or change as long as the participant does not change their Landing account.
Referral links make the process simple because the referral code is automatically added during checkout when the referred customer uses the correct referral link. Customers using a referral code manually can enter it in the promotion code field during checkout.
