Acceptable use

Use FreeReferralCodes for its intended purpose: discovering, sharing and organising referral programs and referral links. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse its features, automate mass submissions, manipulate statistics or rankings, or access accounts and data that are not yours.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information when you register and keep your profile up to date.

Public profiles and user content

Your profile and the content you publish — referral programs, referral codes, referral links, titles, descriptions and other submissions — are public. You are responsible for everything you submit and confirm that you have the right to publish it.

Referral links and programs

Referral links point to third-party websites and programs that we do not operate or control. You are responsible for the links you submit, including whether they are valid, current and permitted by the program in question. Any reward, discount or benefit promised by a referral program is provided by that program, not by FreeReferralCodes.

Prohibited content

• Misleading, fraudulent or deceptive referral offers
• Malicious links, malware, phishing or harmful redirects
• Spam, duplicate submissions or bulk low-quality content
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Harassing, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit content
• Impersonating another person, brand or program

Community features

Following other members, appearing on leaderboards and being discoverable through profiles and directories are part of the service. Do not use these features to harass others or to artificially inflate visibility.

Rewards, repost credits and plans

The platform may grant repost credits and similar in-product benefits, for example through the referral program. These benefits exist only inside FreeReferralCodes, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where they were obtained through abuse or manipulation. Paid plans provide the features described on the plan at the time of purchase.

Click tracking and statistics

Clicks on referral links are recorded to produce the statistics shown on the site. These figures are provided as-is and may not match the numbers reported by a third-party program.

Moderation, suspension and removal

Submitted programs may be reviewed before they appear publicly. We may edit, hide or remove content, and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, where content or behaviour breaks these terms or harms other users or the service.

Third-party websites

When you follow a referral link you leave FreeReferralCodes. The terms and policies of the destination website apply from that point on, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

Changes to the service and these terms

Features may change, be added or be removed as the platform develops. If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page.
